A Big Hit for Net Neutrality

CNN points out some very bad news for Net Neutrality:

Before Tuesday’s midterm elections, there were 95 House and Senate candidates who pledged support for Net neutrality, a bill that would force Internet providers to not charge users more for certain kinds of Web content.

All of them lost

Ninety-Five candidates.  They went 0-95.  Clearly, Net Neutrality was hardly a campaign issue, and we don’t know how many of these candidates might have been in races that were hopeless anyway, but that has got to be a bit hit against it.  The FCC will be facing a tough battle to try to keep Net Neutrality the way the internet works since it’s clear they won’t get any help from Congress about it.
